专利说明:

The invention relates to a firearm.
To aim a firearm at a target, it must be targeted. This is usually done via an open sight, which is directly on the firearm. The open sight is mostly over the sight and grain. With a pistol sight and grain are mounted on the slide. It is also possible, on the carriage, if it is present on the firearm, or on the top of the firearm to attach a sighting device, e.g. an optical sighting device. In such an optical sighting device, e.g. A red dot will be displayed, which serves to target the target. A sighting device can be screwed directly onto the weapon. However, this has some disadvantages, such as Threads on the weapon, which must be adapted to the sighting device, since this is not standardized, moreover, an exact alignment is not given. Therefore, the sighting device is screwed onto an adapter, which in turn is mounted on the weapon.
Prior art AT 513509 B1 describes a pistol, on the carriage of which an optical sighting device can be mounted by means of an intermediate piece. On the side walls of the carriage there is a bayonet groove, and on the intermediate piece are claws that fit into the bayonet grooves. The intermediate piece can be fastened on the carriage by being placed from above on the carriage and horizontally displaceable in the longitudinal direction. As a special embodiment it is provided that in the intermediate piece a continuous
Cross channel is designed for a locking piece and in the carriage is a transverse groove for cooperation with the locking piece. The locking piece may have a convex projection which fits into a concave transverse groove.
The aim of the invention is to provide a firearm with an adapter on which a sighting device is mounted, wherein a simple fixation of the adapter can be achieved without limiting the stability of the carriage.
According to the invention, this is achieved by providing a firearm comprising a carriage, an adapter, and a sighting or aiming illumination mountable to the carriage via the adapter, the carriage having: an upper surface facing the adapter; has two side walls; each side wall has at least one groove; the adapter: has an upper side facing the sighting device or target illumination; has a bottom, which faces the carriage; Having side parts which extend beyond the underside, wherein the side parts have an inside and an outside and at least partially enclose the carriage, but at least extend to the lower end of the groove of the side wall of the carriage and completely enclose this groove; on the top has projections through which the sighting device or target illumination can be mounted on the adapter; Having projections on the inside of the side part, which can enter into a positive connection with the groove releasably; the adapter having longitudinal holes; the top of the carriage has at least two lateral notches on the longitudinal axis; the adapter has liftable projections on the inside of the side part, which can enter into a positive connection with the notches on the top of the carriage releasably; the adapter has a detent that includes at least one detent spring and is connected to the protrusions; the projections are liftable by the lock; the adapter with raised projections in the end position versa is chi ebbar.
Compared to the prior art, this structure has the following advantages:
The longitudinal holes on the adapter are used for easy mounting of different sighting or target lighting. There may be at least two, three, four, five, six or more longitudinal holes. The sighting device or target illumination is screwed onto the adapter. Since simple round holes define a defined position for the introduction of screws, only a specific sighting device or target illumination can be mounted on the adapter. However, if the replacement of the sighting or target lighting desired, it is often not possible to mount this other sighting or target lighting on the same adapter, since the corresponding screw receptacles on the sighting or target illumination are created differently geometric than the round holes on the adapter. Through longitudinal holes a variability is given, since the screw positions in the adapter can be moved in a larger area and thus the sighting or target lighting can be adjusted.
A sighting device may, for example, be a mechanical sighting device, such as, for example, a sight and a grain, or an optical sighting device, for example a red dot sight or a night vision sighting device. A target illumination may be, for example, a laser pointer or a flashlight.
The at least two lateral notches serve to align the adapter and thus the sighting device or target illumination. There may be at least two, three, four, five, six or more indentations. The liftable projections on the inside of the side panel, for example, two, three, four, five, six or more, may be releasably engaged in a positive engagement with the notches on the top of the carriage. The interaction of liftable projections and the indentations results in a fixed orientation of the sighting device or target illumination. The indentations differ from the prior art in that they are only in a small lateral part of the carriage. The stability of the carriage is thereby affected in any way. If the fixation and alignment of the adapter over a transverse channel over the entire carriage width away or even by a concave transverse groove as described in the prior art, the stability of the carriage is often impaired by the removal of material at the most crucial point. The
However, presence of lateral notches on the top of the carriage does not affect the stability of the carriage. The carriage surrounding the round barrel retains a minimum thickness over the entire circumference, whereas the minimum thickness of the carriage at a cross channel above (seen in use) is significantly thinner than in the rest of the range. A weakening of the carriage is avoided by the lateral notches.
The lock allows the lifting of the projections. The projections must be raised when pushing the adapter into the groove of the carriage, otherwise it would be impossible to push the adapter into the groove. This lifting can be done manually or automatically by interaction with the locking spring. By pressing the adapter on the carriage, the spring force of the locking spring is released, and after completion of the pressing, the spring force of the locking spring acts again, thus pushing the projections in the notches. The detent spring of the detent presses after insertion of the adapter into the groove and corresponding alignment of the projections in the lateral notches of the carriage and thus enables a fixation and exact alignment of the adapter and thus the sighting device or target illumination.
By the sum of the characterizing features a very advantageous firearm is obtained, which has no design-related vulnerabilities that could jeopardize the stability of the firearm in use. An exact and easy adjustment of the sighting or target lighting is guaranteed.
In one embodiment of the invention, the sighting device may be an optical sighting device, in particular a red dot sighting device. In an optical sighting device, for example, a crosshair or concentric circles are faded into the visor. For a red dot sight, a red dot appears in the visor, marking the target. This achieves a very easy targeting of the target.
In another embodiment of the invention, flat nuts can be accommodated in the longitudinal holes. These flat nuts ensure correct reception of the screws for fastening the sighting device or target illumination. The flat nuts can be designed differently depending on the used sighting device or target lighting and have different distances from the ends, depending on the used sighting device or target lighting.
In one embodiment of the invention, the groove may be a bayonet groove. A bayonet groove is a groove which has an opening upwards and allows insertion of the adapter into the groove and horizontal displacement to the desired position. There may be two, three or more bayonet grooves arranged one behind the other. This allows easy adjustment of the adapter on the carriage.
In yet another embodiment of the invention, the protrusions may be mechanically removable. The sighting device or target illumination has on its underside recesses for receiving projections of the adapter. Depending on the used sighting or target lighting different wells are available.
By the mechanical removal of the mismatched protrusions, e.g. with a knife, a file or a pair of pliers, the adapter can be adapted to the respective sighting device or target illumination.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the mismatching projections may be removed according to the sighting device or the targeting light to be mounted. Thus, the adapter is used universally to common sighting or target lighting.

example 1
Inventive firearm
The firearm according to the invention is constructed as follows:
It comprises a carriage 1, an adapter 2 and a sighting device 3 or target illumination, which can be attached to the carriage 1 via the adapter 2. The carriage 1 has an upper side 4, which faces the adapter 2, and two side walls 5, wherein each side wall 5 has at least one groove 6. There may be two, three or more grooves in a row. The adapter 2 has an upper side 8, which faces the sighting device 3 or target illumination, and a lower side 9, which faces the carriage 1, and side parts 10, which extend beyond the lower side 9, wherein the side parts 10, an inner side 11 and have an outer side 12 and enclose the carriage 1 at least partially, but at least extend to at least the lower end of the groove 6 of the side wall 5 of the carriage 1 and completely enclose this groove 6. The adapter 2 has on the top 8 projections 13, through which the sighting device 3 or target illumination on the adapter 2 can be mounted, and projections 15 on the inside 11 of the side part 10, which can enter into a positive connection with the groove 6 releasably. Furthermore, the adapter has 2 longitudinal holes 14. There may be at least two, three, four, five, six or more longitudinal holes 14. The upper side 4 of the carriage 1 has at least two lateral notches 7 on the longitudinal axis. There may be at least two, three, four, five, six or more notches 7. The adapter 2 has liftable projections 16, for example two, three, four, five, six or more, on the inner side 11 of the side part 10, which can enter into a positive connection with the notches 7 on the top 4 of the carriage 1, as well as a lock 17 which comprises at least one locking spring 18 and is connected to the projections 16. The projections 16 can be raised by the lock 17, and the adapter 2 is displaceable with raised projections 16 in the end position.
The sighting device 3 can be, for example, a mechanical sighting device, such as, for example, a sight and a grain, or an optical sighting device, for example a red dot sight or a night vision sighting device. A target illumination may be, for example, a laser pointer or a flashlight. In an optical sighting device, for example, a crosshair or concentric circles are faded into the visor. For a red dot sight, a red dot appears in the visor, marking the target. This achieves a very easy targeting of the target.
Through the longitudinal holes 14 on the adapter 2 different sighting 3 or target lighting can be easily mounted. The sighting device 3 or target lighting is screwed onto the adapter 2. Since simple round holes define a defined position for the introduction of screws, only a specific sighting device 3 or target illumination can be mounted on the adapter 2. However, if the replacement of the sighting device 3 or target lighting desired, it is often not possible to mount this other sighting device 3 or target lighting on the same adapter 2, since the corresponding screw receptacles on the sighting device 3 or target illumination are created differently geometric than the round holes on the adapter 2. Through longitudinal holes 14 is given a variability, since the screw positions in the adapter 2 can be moved in a larger area and thus the sighting device 3 or target lighting can be adjusted.
By the two lateral notches 7, the alignment of the adapter 2 and thus the sighting device 3 or target lighting can be done. The liftable projections 16 on the inner side 11 of the side part 10 can enter into a positive connection with the notches 7 on the upper side 4 of the carriage 1 releasably. The interaction of liftable projections 16 and the notches 7 results in a fixed orientation of the sighting device 3 or
Target illumination. The stability of the carriage 1 is in no way impaired. The carriage 1 surrounding the round barrel retains a minimum thickness over the entire circumference. A weakening of the carriage 1 is avoided by the lateral notches 7.
By locking 17, the lifting of the projections 16 is made possible. The projections 16 must be raised when pushing the adapter 2 in the groove 6 of the carriage 1, otherwise a sliding of the adapter 2 in the groove 6 would be impossible. This lifting can be done manually or automatically by interaction with the locking spring 18. By pressing the adapter 2 on the carriage 1, the spring force of the locking spring 18 is released, and after completion of pressing the spring force of the locking spring 18 acts again and so presses the projections 16 in the notches 7; This thus allows a fixation and exact alignment of the adapter 2 and thus the sighting device 3 or target illumination. An exact and easy adjustment of the sighting device 3 or target illumination is guaranteed.
Example 2
Firearm according to the invention with flat nuts 19 in the longitudinal holes 14
Starting from the firearm described in Example 1 flat nuts 19 may be present in the longitudinal holes 14. Through these flat nuts 19 a correct recording of the screws for attachment of the sighting device 3 or target illumination is guaranteed. The flat nuts 19 may be formed differently depending on the used sighting device 3 or target lighting and have different distances from the ends, depending on the used sighting device 3 or target lighting.
Example 3
Inventive firearm with a bayonet groove
Starting from the gun described in Example 1 and / or Example 2, the groove 6 may be designed as a bayonet groove. A bayonet groove is a groove 6, which has an opening upwards and allows insertion of the adapter 2 from above into the groove 6 and a horizontal displacement in the desired position. There may be two, three or more bayonet grooves arranged one behind the other.
Example 4
Inventive firearm with mechanically removable projections 13th
Starting from the gun described in Example 1 and / or Example 2 and / or Example 3, the
Sighting device 3 or target lighting on its underside recesses for receiving projections 13 of the adapter 2 have. Depending on the used sighting device 3 or target lighting different wells are available. By the mechanical removal of the mismatched protrusions 13, e.g. with a knife, a file or a pair of pliers, the adapter 2 can be adapted to the respective sighting device 3 or target illumination. Thus, the adapter 2 is universally applicable to common sighting 3 or target lighting.
